Job Description
We're on a mission to make money work for everyone. As Payments Manager, you will help set up and run Monzo’s Payment Operations as we expand into Europe, building and running scalable payment processes, managing key payments partnerships, and working closely with teams across the business.
Requirements
- Experience in fast moving companies such as tech or consultancy
- Familiarity with European payment systems (SEPA, Bizum, IDEAL) - first hand experience in Ireland or Spain is essential
- Strong strategic reasoning; able to balance and prioritise short and long term tradeoffs
- Ability to build and scale complex operational systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
