We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Payments Business Development Manager who is strategic, relationship-oriented, and innovative to join our Payments team. The best candidate will be someone with a strong background in the European fintech ecosystem, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic setting and is excited to drive our payment solution expansion across the European market.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, product or partnerships within the payments or fintech industry, with a strong focus on the European market.
- Deep understanding of European payment systems, local payment methods, and the regulatory landscape (e.g., PSD2/PSD3, PCI DSS, AML/KYC frameworks).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more additional European languages (including but not limited to Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus.
