The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MOO products and services, excellent sales skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Proactively manage the existing customer base to drive customer delight and surprise
- Serve as first point of contact for accounts
- Build relationships with customers to influence an increase in purchase volume, frequency, and product mix
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
- Actively identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with accounts
- Accurately forecast monthly achievement
- Achieve monthly revenue and retention targets
- Meet and exceed daily outbound activity requirements
