We’re looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to help us build, manage and improve our People systems and data. This role will play a key part in the implementation of our new HRIS, helping to ensure the system is set up effectively and supports the needs of our teams and managers.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools etc.)
- Experience working with data governance, accuracy and reporting frameworks
- Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) or business systems administration
- Experience supporting a system implementation or migration
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
