Hosts

Camps Kitchen and Bar is a neighborhood gathering place looking for Hosts to provide a phenomenal dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong work ethic and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Follow the Steps of Service and Host with Mostess Guidelines
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Understand and operate the wait systems and inform Guests of their wait time
• Monitor the waiting list, alert guests when tables are ready, then show them to their table
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Tend to special guest needs and requests
• Care for our guests by refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol awareness policies
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing beverages when requested
• Perform side duties and daily and weekly cleaning tasks as directed by management
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently = dress code followed
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer to management when necessary
