Requirements
- Lead distributor business planning
- Own distributor performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership
- Conduct regular business reviews
- Analyze market, customer, and distributor performance data
- Drive execution of pricing, promotions, and retail initiatives
- Manage point-of-sale materials and retail assets
- Train and influence distributor sales teams
- Support the rollout of regional and national key account programs
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers and internal teams
- Bring MOOD's retail marketing mix to life
