Comprehensively review and organize best practices of Corporate Actions in the international securities industry, and output standardized business processes. Play a key role in the reconstruction and design of back-office systems related to Corporate Actions, ensuring systems comply with industry standards while balancing client experience, business efficiency, and system scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, financial engineering, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in securities/financial industry clearing and settlement system products
- Familiar with full lifecycle management of Corporate Actions (announcement → processing → settlement); candidates with back-office system reconstruction project experience are preferred.
- Possess securities/derivatives investment experience, familiar with market trading rules and settlement processes, and able to optimize system design based on business pain points.
- Fluent in English, capable of proficiently reading international clearing organization documents and using English as the working language for communication.
