Tree Care District Manager

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a driven and experienced District Manager of Tree Care to oversee day-to-day tree maintenance operations within a defined district.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in tree care, landscaping, or related field operations
• Proven ability to manage field crews and deliver high-quality, safe service
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning, removals, and general arboriculture practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
