Account Manager

Manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee ongoing business, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns and initiatives for Moonbug Entertainment's Brand Partnerships team. Partner with internal teams to deliver on promises and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the media industry
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and working on a defined set or subdivision of larger accounts
• Strong understanding of client management fundamentals, including communication, expectation-setting, and delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with clients and internal teams
