Senior Accounts Payable Assistant (Maternity Cover) role at Moonbug Entertainment, an award-winning global entertainment company. Manage key stakeholder relationships, drive process change, and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Conduct daily invoice processing on NetSuite
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations
- Monitor daily key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Prepare monthly payment runs from NetSuite
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of transactions
- Communicate with suppliers
- Manage AP Inbox
- Provide administrative support to Accounts Payable Manager
- Undertake ad hoc tasks
