Solution Consultant

Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people to deliver top-quality solutions for clients as Solution Consultants. The role involves ownership of technical solutions from initial requirements gathering and design to deployment and handover to support.

Requirements

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Act as a liaison between users, operations, in-house IT teams, and the project team to ensure alignment.
• Document business processes and requirements using industry-standard techniques.
• Produce BPMN diagrams to model workflows and processes.
• Analyse and translate solution design documents into clear business requirements.
• Support system configuration including integration deployment, workflow and UI configuration.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design bespoke client solutions in a low-code/nocode environment.
• Ensure requirements are traceable and aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Support data mapping activities and clarify ETL requirements with technical teams.
• Review and validate solution design documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support testing phases by validating requirements coverage and assisting with UAT.
• Maintain requirements backlog using DevOps or JIRA best practice models.
• Prepare and deliver client training and enablement materials in collaboration with the project team.
