Solution Consultant

Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. The role of the Solution Consultant is to take ownership of the technical solution from initial requirements gathering and design, through deployment and handover to support.

Requirements

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Document business processes and requirements using industry-standard techniques.
• Support system configuration including integration deployment, workflow and UI configuration.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design bespoke client solutions in a low-code/nocode environment.
• Maintain requirements backlog using DevOps or JIRA best practice models.
• Prepare and deliver client training and enablement materials in collaboration with the project team.
• Review and validate solution design documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support testing phases by validating requirements coverage and assisting with UAT.
