Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our office in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the DC State Bar Association
• 1+ years of premises or personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
