Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our office in Philadelphia. The responsibilities include handling pre-litigation work, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the PA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
