Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Irvine, CA office. Responsibilities include handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents, and managing a team of Case Managers.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
