Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in their office in Fort Myers. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, manage a team of Case Managers, and focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience
