Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Naples, FL office. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, in particular Premises Liability, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
