Floating Service Technician

Advance your maintenance career with Morgan Properties as a Floating Service Technician supporting multiple apartment communities in Western, NY Region.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep across multiple communities
• Complete make-readies and maintain curb appeal and grounds cleanliness
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
• Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates
• Work independently while effectively managing priorities and responsibilities across different sites

Benefits
