Join Morgan Properties as a Floating Service Technician and advance your maintenance career with a full-time floating role. As a Service Technician, you will support two apartment communities and help ensure the physical aspects of the properties meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep
- Complete make-readies and maintain curb appeal and grounds cleanliness
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
- Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and the Multi-Site Service Manager regarding repairs and updates
- Work independently on-site while effectively managing daily responsibilities and priorities
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- 2–3 years of apartment maintenance or related industry experience preferred
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple properties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required
- Technology proficiency and ability to complete digital work orders accurately
