Seeking a Service Manager to lead a team and ensure the physical aspects of a 180 unit community meet company standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members, developing and leading a team, providing expert knowledge, and managing inventory.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
- One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience

- Pay Range: $70,000 - $72,800/Yr
