Service Manager

Experienced Maintenance Leader to lead maintenance operations across 636 units, overseeing day-to-day performance, efficiency, and physical integrity of the community.

Requirements

• Interview, hire and train new team members
• Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more
• Be accountable for establishing and preparing a 24 hour on-call schedule
• Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service
• Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials
• Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule, and general work order schedule
• Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units
• Planning, assigning, and directing the maintenance team
