Experienced Maintenance Leader to lead maintenance operations across 636 units, overseeing day-to-day performance, efficiency, and physical integrity of the community.
Requirements
- Interview, hire and train new team members
- Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more
- Be accountable for establishing and preparing a 24 hour on-call schedule
- Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service
- Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials
- Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule, and general work order schedule
- Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units
- Planning, assigning, and directing the maintenance team
