Job Description
Maintenance Techs are needed for our 464-unit apartment community in Bedford, Texas. The role involves troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and delivering customer service. Compensation includes base pay, rent discount, and benefits.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
