Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Forge Gate Apartments in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior areas of the apartment community and responding to maintenance service tickets in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Must live within a reasonable distance to support on-call and emergency response
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
