Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Blair Mill Village East Apartments. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the community meet company standards and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
