Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• 2–3 years of maintenance or related trades experience
• Hands-on experience with appliance repair, plumbing, and general maintenance
• HVAC experience a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
