Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – $1,200 Sign-On Bonus. Maintenance Service Technician with at least 2 years of general maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, takes initiative, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance or related trades experience
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
• Experience with appliance repair and general maintenance troubleshooting
• Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps, email, and Teams for work orders and communication
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
