Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician with at least 2 years of maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, takes initiative, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years of maintenance or related trades experience
• Strong experience with plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Multifamily experience or transferable maintenance experience
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to complete work independently
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a reasonable commute of the property
