Service Technician

Advance your maintenance career with Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company. The company is now hiring Service Technicians to work at one of their 252-unit apartment communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
