Service Technician

Service Technician position at Morgan Properties to ensure physical aspects of apartment community meet company standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include trouble-shooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and communicating with residents and office staff.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
