Job Description
Maintain safe, attractive grounds and residential dwellings at Morningstar Living's Heritage Village residential living community in Nazareth, PA, in a dynamic, hands-on work environment.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a current, valid license in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in grounds/landscape maintenance.
- Ability to operate snow plow, salt truck, and other equipment to remove ice and snow from roads and assigned areas.
- Ability to operate various types of lawn equipment, including but not limited to riding mowers such as a Zero-Turn or tractor.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible; able to work independently.
