Maintenance Contractor (Groundskeeper)

Passavant Memorial Homes is looking for a Maintenance Contractor to work at our Rochester Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal.

Requirements

• Experience in grounds maintenance, trimming, cutting, operate equipment
• Experience in snow plowing, snow removal
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Valid liability insurance
• PA. contractor's license number
• Successfully pass background check
• Valid e-mail address and phone number to contact
• Must be available on an on-call basis during the winter for plowing
