As Associate Director - Quality & Transformation, you will drive quality improvement projects across Sustainalytics through continual process and product improvement. You will lead a team of process improvement specialists and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve consensus and drive change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability / Environment
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial services
• Lean Six Sigma/Master Blackbelt certification
• Ability to coach and guide process improvement projects
