Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS and Windows scripting, SCCM / Intune, and VDI environments
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Process-improvement mindset with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach
