Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level
• Completed IT education
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune & Workplace Management / IT Support
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience with Topdesk
• Good knowledge of Windows / operating systems & Office applications
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Strong communicator
• Accurate and service-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Possession of a driving license B
