Plumbing Sales Specialist

We're seeking a Plumbing Sales Specialist to run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates. The successful candidate will be a natural storyteller, have experience in sales, and possess excellent customer service skills. They will work closely with the plumbing team, manage multiple tasks, and make decisions independently. The ideal candidate will be competitive, driven, and committed to company values.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
• Valid local driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background record
• Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
• Assertive and confident personality
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
• Commitment to company values
• Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera
• Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable & punctual attendance
• Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
