Senior Structural Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Towson, MD team. At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, and everything from mid-rise to high-rise concrete structures and multi-family developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer
• Strong background with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA for structural analysis/design
• Proficiency in structural design of steel, concrete, and wood
• PE license required; Master’s degree a plus
• Strong experience with RISA Suite (RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection)
• Familiarity with tools like tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor junior engineers and review technical work
• Business development savvy and a proactive mindset
• Aspiration to be a go-to technical leader and serve as Engineer of Record
