Structural Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA. They will design, analyze, and detail structural systems, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate on high-quality projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (PE license preferred)
• 3 - 8 years of structural design experience in consulting or related field
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Revit and RISA highly preferred
• Experience with BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling is a plus
• Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
