Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, PDPA, and documentation standards
• Tech Savvy - Proficient in healthcare IT systems (e.g. Plato EMR, scheduling tools) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communicator with good presentation skills and results driven
• Prior experience in clinics or former flight attendants with strong service, communication, and operational coordination skills are highly desirable
