Job Description
Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at #216 Garden Oaks in Enterprise, AL & #217 Shepard Crossing in Daleville, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for physical maintenance and repair of buildings, systems, and fixtures, and will work with the Site Manager to ensure vacant apartments are made ready for occupancy.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work
- Previous apartment maintenance experience (preferred)
- CPO certification (preferred)
- HVAC certification (preferred)
