Job Description
Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Sandpiper Apartments in Carrollton, AL. The technician will be responsible for physical maintenance and repair of the property, systems, and fixtures, as well as maintaining the daily appearance and upkeep of the grounds.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- CPO certification
- HVAC certification
