Job Description
Mortenson is seeking a Design Phase Manager I to work in our Power Delivery Solutions Group, partnering with Construction Executives to provide design phase services to project owners and design teams.
Requirements
- Lead team members in resourcefulness, self-starting work habits, and problem solving
- Mentor, manage, and evaluate Design Phase Engineers
- Act as primary point of contact with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners during design phase
