Mortenson is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to provide overall leadership and direction for construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, timeliness, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Lead project execution from design through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare proposals, support pursuit presentations, and participate in contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain accurate project financials, including projections, billing, and cost control
- Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including performance feedback and development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and on-site representatives, resolving concerns and fostering long-term relationships
- Manage change orders, ensuring timely submission and approval
- Ensure compliance with Mortenson’s safety, quality, and risk management standards
- Promote an inclusive work environment and uphold Mortenson’s values and ethical standards
- Provide leadership that supports team collaboration, accountability, and high performance
