Project Manager II

Mortenson is seeking a Project Manager to lead project quality, timeliness, and safety, and develop customer relationships. The role involves managing financial health, developing project financial projections, and mentoring a team.

Requirements

• Manage overall financial health of projects
• Develop and maintain project financial projections
• Determine cost codes, approve invoices, and provide financials and billings to Accounting
• Create monthly owner billings and handle billings and contract management
• Oversee budget for and make selections of trade partners and suppliers
• Lead/Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
• Approve timecards for on-site team members and provide ongoing feedback of work performance
• Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
• Execute/Manage change orders
• Maintain schedule and budget until project completion
• Provide high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance
