Job Description
Mortenson is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager I to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects or MEP scopes on medium to large projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety.
Requirements
- Manage overall project financial health, including projections, budgeting, and invoicing
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier selections, billings, and contract management
- Direct 3-D coordination and commissioning processes, ensuring conflict resolution and testing
- Lead project closeout activities, including manuals, model turnover, and training
- Supervise and develop Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
- Serve as main contact for owner, resolving site concerns and building relationships
- Manage change orders and obtain necessary approvals
- Ensure quality, risk, safety, and compliance throughout the project
