Senior Scheduler

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Scheduler with experience in interacting with various staff at all levels, remaining flexible and efficient in a changing environment. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities, ensuring corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
• Minimum of four years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience as a project engineer is desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Active listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback
• Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgment in solving unprecedented problems on complex projects
