Mortenson is seeking a Senior Scheduler with experience in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field, with a minimum of four years of experience. The candidate will provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum of four years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience as a project engineer is desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback
- Ability to travel may be required based on operating group
- Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software
- Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing
- Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgment in solving unprecedented problems on complex projects
