Superintendent I and II - Construction

Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent I and II to provide coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support project schedule
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability
• Coach, supervise, and develop team members
• Ensure proper task coding, lead and track work progress
• Build effective relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Provide high-level management of safety, quality, risk, and compliance
