Superintendent I and II - Construction

Requirements

• Plan and implement materials, equipment, and inspections to support project schedule
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability
• Develop and manage project schedule, site logistics plan, and utilize tools and equipment
• Coach, supervise, and develop team members
• Ensure proper task coding, lead and track work progress, and handle team member training
• Build effective relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Provide high-level management of safety, quality, risk, and compliance
• Recognize and mitigate unfavorable conditions, and seek process improvements
