Construction Worker - Building Repair

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in building construction, carpentry, or framing, and be willing to participate in a training program. The role involves repairing building projects, working in a physically demanding environment, and adapting to a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season
• Ability to take direction
• Produce quality work in an efficient manner
• Comply with all safety processes and procedures
• Maintain and operate construction tools in a safe and proper manner
• Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
