Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years in a corporate accounting function at a large company (public or private).
- Strong organizational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work across multiple geographic locations of the company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze details and identify financial issues.
- Team player capable of multi-tasking and providing results within deadlines.
- Must be able to act as an individual contributor but also a manager / reviewer.
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, including proficiency in Vlookup and pivot table functions in order to analyze data as required.
- Minimum two (2) years of prior leadership experience with a team of direct reports.
